How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Your orders will be shipped from Seoul, South Korea. Delivery usually takes 15 ~ 20 business days. This is just an estimate because the actual delivery time depends on the efficiency of custom proceed or your local post office condition. We do not guarantee the exact delivery time via Registered mail. If your order is urgent, please put the express shipment option in your cart. They expedite the delivery to 2 ~ 3 business days.

    ** Please leave us your phone number for shipment, if not, we do not have any responsibility for any cases.
    ** We send your order to the address which is given on the Etsy receipt, so please kindly check your address. We are not responsible for the wrong address.
    ** There can be missing cases caused by shipping company. Please kindly contact with your local shipping office. It's not our responsibility and we cannot resend/refund in this case.
    ** For the custom problems, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Buyers should bear any taxes occurred in destination if any occurs. We're not responsible for delays due to the customs. We cannot refund order in this case.
    ** Please note that shipping charges generally include packing & handling costs.
    ** IMPORTANT (When ship via FedEx/TNT)
    - Surcharge of $30.30 may be additionally charged after (or during) shipping in case of ‘Extended Delivery Area’. Please inform us if you recognize your address is applicable toward ‘Extended Delivery Area’. You may designate EMS instead if you do not want to pay the surcharge.
    - ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $14.60 WILL OCCUR IF YOU CHANGE THE ADDRESS WHILE DELIVERY. In this case, we will request you to pay the balance by convo after we pay the amount to FedEx/TNT.
    - We do not accept the return due to the custom fees. If you return the package due to customs issue, the buyer have to pay the shipping cost for return. So we will deduct when we issue a refund or we will charge it before accept the return.
    A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in JEWELRYKOREA being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed.

    - 15 to 20 business days in condition of smooth customs clearance
    - Tracking number is provided but the full tracking record are unavailable in some countries where their Post does not provide scanning service of package

    - 2 to 3 business days in condition of smooth customs clearance (in some area in 5 to 7 business days)
    - Tracking number is provided and full tracking is available
    - Safer and faster than registered air mails

    3. FedEx priority
    - 2 to 3 business days in condition of smooth customs clearance
    - Tracking number is provided and full tracking is available
    - Safer and faster than registered air mails

    4. EMS
    - DESTINATIONS IN RUSSIA ONLY (with rare exceptions)
    - 5 to 7 business days in condition of smooth customs clearance
    - Tracking number is provided and full tracking is available
    - Safer and faster than registered air mails

Returns & Exchanges

[IMPORTANT] 1) DISCOLORATION: MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A LIFE TIME DURABILITY OF PLATED SURFACE. Depending on how you care the item, it may last relatively longer but it may last way shorter than expected if it exposures to moisture or sweat. Please store your item in a plastic bag and avoid sweat and water. 2) CUSTOMIZED ITEMS: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUND OF CUSTOMIZED ITEMS INCLUDING LASER/CNC ENGRAVING.

1. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- you posted a return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
- the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:
- you receive a product different from your order; or
- you receive a defective product.

** Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

* Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

* Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:
- the products are damaged due to your mishandling
- your return request is not approved by our staff

4) If there is a missing item from your order:
* Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
* Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.


** It takes 1~3 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order. Refund is made to your paypal account. 


** Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

** Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
