- Even though we have outstanding technology of plating and coating, the items are just “PLATED”, it will tarnish over time.

- Please keep in mind that all our products can be discolored if exposed to sunlight, chemicals, sweat, water or stored in high/low temperature and humid place. Avoid direct contact with chemicals found in perfume, hair spray, body lotion and etc.

- Please store our products individually in a well sealed bag to prevent scratch and to keep them shiny.

- For stone/cubic items - We do not provide replacement for items with breakage/distortion caused by improper care.

- Please note that there might be a slight bubble or stain on the surface as they are handmade piece by piece.
