RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS are acceptable only after notification within 14 days upon receipt and then you have to dispatch your return within 7 days. REFUND will be processed after receipt of returned package to us and tracking status issued as delivered. The original shipping charge/duty and any tax will not be refunded. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy wit your purchase.
We accept return/refund of below cases 1) Discoloration: We only provide exchange for discoloration and do not provide refund. Discoloration must be claimed in a week upon receipt. 2) Incorrect descriptions, shipping wrong items or defect on items: 100% refund is guaranteed. 3) Customized orders: We do not accept returns and exchange. 4) Remorse: We accept returns only within 14 days upon receipt, but shipping fee cannot be reimbursed. Also, as brightness of plating can slightly be different per batch, we do not offer refund in this case. But, if you feel that plating is darker or brighter than expected, please contact us via message. We will prepare replacement upon receipt of return. ** Return shipping fee is on customers' charge except case #1 and #2. ** We do not offer any replacement or refund for the used items. ** Returned item (whatever the reason is) should be in their original condition. Used items cannot be return/refund for any reasons. ** If you need any testing certification for items, you need to check and pay for the testing fee before purchase. [Care tips] - Even though we have outstanding technology of plating and coating, the items are just “PLATED”, it will tarnish over time. If you are looking for findings that will not tarnish for a long time, these are not going to work for you. Our items are just "PLATED" (very thin layer of gold or rhodium on metal). Therefore, it will tarnish over time and in particular, it could be fade away in a few days with use. - Please keep in mind that all our products can be discolored if exposed to sunlight, chemicals, sweat, water or stored in high/low temperature and humid place. Avoid direct contact with chemicals found in perfume, hair spray, body lotion and etc. - Please store our products individually in a well sealed bag to prevent scratch and to keep them shiny. - For stone/cubic items - We do not provide replacement for items with breakage/distortion caused by improper care. - Please note that there might be a slight bubble or stain on the surface as they are handmade piece by piece. ** We do not provide replacement or refund for above cases.
