** STEPS TO MAKE CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

1) Quote

- Buyer provides either a sample or a picture with spec.

- We offer price with minimum quantity and lead time

2) Confirmation

- We provide a sample product or a picture

- Buyer confirms its detail and desired quantity

3) Production & QC

- Production takes 1 to 3 weeks

- Quality check takes a day

4) Ship via FedEx Priority

- Shipping takes 2 days

Please note that 1) the production takes less than a week and 2) the MOQ usually starts from 100 pcs per style as long as all the parts are existing products.

In case of a whole new development of casting or press of charms / pendants, MOQ varies according to the parts' sizes and the production takes 2 to 3 weeks.
